Since joining the Penn Community Bank team in 2015, Terri has focused on developing a culture of customer service. As Bensalem Branch manager, she works tirelessly to help customers regardless of their financial situation – and always enjoys the positive reactions when she is able to help a family or business reach a goal. Terri says that Penn Community Bank sets itself apart by focusing on the communities it serves and developing an open and inclusive culture for team members. When she’s not in the office, you can find her out hiking or kayaking.
