With more than 25 years of professional experience, Rick has been with Penn Community Bank since 2017. Today, he serves as Sales and Business Development Director where he focuses on the connection between retail banking, business development, and commercial lending. Rick says his favorite parts of the job are the people and Penn Community Bank’s culture, which allows for true partnership. Outside of the office, you can find Rick on a long distance run or traveling. He lives in Doylestown, PA with his husband, Matt, and two dogs, Sawyer and Freddie.
