As Chief Information Officer, Randy McGarry is focused on providing customers with an outstanding experience and fostering Penn Community Bank’s service culture. With 30 years of leadership and financial services experience, Randy oversees the bank’s information technology, payment functions, deposit and loan operations, and project management efforts. Outside of the office, he is a member of the Society of Information Management (SIM) – Philadelphia Chapter. Randy has a B.S. in finance from the Pennsylvania State University, holds an MBA degree in MIS from Drexel University, and is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania – ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He lives in North Wales, PA.
