He is a founding member of the Pennsylvania Bankers Associationโs Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity Advisory Council, and serves on the associationโs board of directors. He is alsoย board member of United Way of Bucks County. Tynes has been recognized as one of the regionโs Forty Under 40 by theย Philadelphia Business Journalย and one of Philadelphiaโs most influential African Americans byย The Philadelphia Tribune.
