Falesha Grasty to manage bank-wide initiative, promote internal culture
ย PERKASIE, Pa. (February 2021) โ Penn Community Bank, the largest mutual bank headquartered in eastern Pennsylvania, is continuing its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion internally and in the communities it serves by naming Falesha Grasty as the organizationโs first Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Officer. Grasty (AVP, Senior Staff Accountant) will champion Penn Community Bankโs short- and long-term DE&I initiatives throughout the organization.

In addition to leading a team member DE&I committee, the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer will work hand in hand with an interdepartmental DE&I advisory committee of senior leaders, including: Jeane Vidoni (President, Chief Executive Officer), Georgann Berger McKenna (EVP, Chief Human Relations Officer), Robert Coffin (EVP, Chief Lending Officer), Bernard Tynes (SVP, Director of Marketing), Rick Battaglia (SVP, Business Development Officer), Sandra Ziegler (VP, Director of Training, Development, & Education), and Kirsten Palmieri (VP, HR Business Partner).
