Penn Community Bank Chief Administrative Officer selected to help guide leading regional health service provider
PERKASIE, Pa. (January 2020) โ Penn Community Bank Chief Administrative Officer Diane Brown has been appointed to serve on the Board of Trustees for Grand View Health Foundation.

Founded in 1913, Grand View Health offers inpatient and outpatient services in the areas of cancer, cardiology, orthopedics, surgery, womenโs and childrenโs health, and more. The Grand View Health Foundation Board of Trustees โ currently made up of 29 individuals, each serving a five year term – was formed as a special entity to manage charitable gifts, making it easy for donors to direct donations to intended programs within Grand View Hospital.
Brown has more than 30 years of experience in banking. As Penn Community Bankโs Chief Administrative Officer, she has oversight of Penn Community Bankโs retail and business banking divisions, including deposit and loan operations. In addition, she oversees compliance, facilities and marketing. In the community, Brown serves as President of the Board of the Childrenโs Developmental Program. She is also a member of the American Banker Association Mutual Institutions Council Administrative Committee. Brown holds an undergraduate degree and an MBA from Temple University, and has completed the Pennsylvania Bankers Associationโs Executive Leadership Program and the School of Commercial Lending. She lives in East Rockhill, PA.
