Kim brings deep professional experience in the region, including nearly thirty yearsโ experience in business and residential lending. She is active in the Lehigh Valley community and volunteers for numerous local non-profits, including Second Harvest Food Bank, Habitat for Humanity, Battle Borne, and Perfect Fit. In addition, Kim serves on the board of the Pediatric Cancer Foundation of Lehigh Valley and the Business Council of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce. She lives in Emmaus PA.
With more than 25 years of banking experience โ including the last six at Penn Community Bank โ Trevor is passionate about commercial and industrial lending. Whether interacting with customers or team members, he says he appreciates a culture that values real relationships and tailorsโ solutions to the customer. When heโs not at work, Trevor enjoys hunting, especially with his dog, and working outside in the family garden. He is happily married and has two sons.
With three decades of experience in the financial services industry, Stephen works to meet a range of banking and lending needs for C&I businesses throughout the region. He says his favorite part of the job is helping business owners achieve their unique financial goals. Outside of the office, Stephen enjoys art and playing golf. He lives in Bethlehem and has two wonderful daughters and a young grandson.
An Airforce Veteran with six years of banking experience, Chrisโs commitment to getting the job done is unmatched. He is committed to the growth of large and small businesses and enjoys educating business owners on financial products that will help them thrive. A Lehigh Valley native, Chris participates in youth coaching and is the treasurer of the Bethlehem Township Athletic Association.
Starting as a part-time teller 11 years ago and working in every role offered in retail banking, Bianca has earned her role as a Financial Center Manager. She loves playing a significant role in her customer’s financial journeys and helping them achieve their goals. Outside of the branch, Bianca enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Bentley, as well as gardening and trying different foods. Originally from Newark, NJ, she currently resides in Hellertown.
With eight years in the financial services industry, Nick is an expert in commercial, multifamily, and residential development construction. He says his favorite parts of the job are meeting new people and helping customers see their projects come to life. In his free time, Nick enjoys, golfing, exercising, and spending time with his family.
In just two years at Penn Community Bank, Joy has climbed the ladder from a teller position to Relationship Banker, and now Sales and Service Manager. Her main focus is ensuring customer satisfaction, managing daily operations, and coaching team members. Joyโs favorite part of the job, though, is getting to know customers beyond transaction-based interactions. She enjoys tennis, volleyball, and traveling, and lives in Quakertown with her parents and sister.
