Melissa has been in banking for over 27 years, the last seven in Residential lending at Penn Community Bank and has recently been promoted to Sales Manager. With her unique experience in Retail banking as a branch manager, Melissa is able to bring a full financial picture to light for lending customers. Melissa works with Construction loans, Land loans and home additions/remodel loans using her experience to help people evaluate the best way to structure solutions. With a vast array of products that can be tailored to even complex situations Melissa can provide optimal financing solutions. She is also an expert in first time home buyer programs providing information on how to take advantage of available grant programs. Melissa can find the right loan for you whether it is Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, or VA. Melissa’s favorite part of the job is helping families identify their financial goals and build plans to achieve them. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and family as well as traveling.
