Penn Community Bank Director of Retail Banking recognized by PA Bankers
PERKASIE, Pa. (September 2021) – Penn Community Bank, the largest mutual bank in eastern Pennsylvania, is pleased to announce Jacob Iampietro, Senior Vice President and Director of Retail Banking, has been announced as a winner of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association’s (PA Bankers’) inaugural Future Under 40 Awards. The awards recognize banking ten industry leaders, aged 40 and younger, who have made a tremendous impact in their institution, the community and the industry.

With over 10 years in banking for large regional and community institutions, Iampietro has established a track record of retail banking success and effective leadership. I his role, he leads a team of 150 retail and small business bankers and relationship managers across the organization’s market. Throughout his time at Penn Community Bank, Iampietro’ s hard work has contributed to the development of best-in-class retail branch teams across more than 20 locations and the continued growth of consumer market share. One of his key accomplishments has been his leadership of the bank’s coordinated customer-facing response to the coronavirus pandemic; including, serving as a driving force for the bank’s Paycheck Protection Program and championing the health and safety of the frontline team members throughout the crisis.
The winners will be honored at the association’s Young Professionals Conference on Sept. 20, 2021, at the Hershey Lodge & Convention Center in Hershey, Pa.
